A must for the UK’s garment and promotional product decorators and retailers, Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2016 took place in Hall 12 at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham from Sunday 28th February to Tuesday 1st March.
Now in its 27th year and smashing the 5,000 visitor target for the second year running, P&P LIVE! is the only dedicated event for the UK garment decoration industry with the majority of visitors being printers (screen, transfer and digital), embroiderers, promotional product distributors and retailers
With 150 stands, many featuring latest clothing lines and others featuring new decoration equipment, there really was so much more to see at this year’s show.
The new Screen Print Workshop – which included topics such as how to print onto today’s technical sportswear and getting started in screen printing.
An all new line-up of speakers and topics in the Seminar Suite.
The Corel Theatre offered live demonstrations, information and advice.
The fashion show sponsored by Regatta took place three times daily, showcasing the latest in printwear styles.
The Bag & Headwear Decoration Advice stand also returned to provide advice on how to decorate those tricky items.

A new home
Next year, Printwear & Promotion LIVE! will take up residence in Hall 20 of the NEC in Birmingham, as event manager, Tony Gardner, explains: “The printwear market is a very upbeat and optimistic place to be at the moment, which was clearly evident in the success of this year’s event. For the second year in succession the show featured more than 150 stands and attracted well over 5,000 visitors.
“The substantial growth of the show over the last four to five years now means that we need to move into a bigger hall, thus Hall 20 at the NEC in Birmingham will be our new home next year.”
Next year’s show will take place from Sunday 26th February to Tuesday 28th February. Save the date!
